If you’re struggling with your body after mastectomy…
If every glance feels confronting or jarring
If you feel disconnected, ashamed, or like you don’t recognise yourself anymore…
You are not alone. And there is nothing wrong with you.
This free workshop is a gentle, supportive space to help you understand why this feels so hard—and how to begin meeting yourself with kindness instead of criticism.
If this is you…
If you’ve found yourself avoiding mirrors…
Turning away from your reflection…
Or feeling discomfort, shame, or sadness when you see your body…
You’re not alone.
After mastectomy, it’s not just about scars.
It’s about feeling like your body is no longer yours.
You may be hiding—from others and from yourself.
Thinking:
“I don’t feel like me anymore.”
“I’m not attractive.”
“I should just get over this.”
But you feel stuck.
And it makes sense that it feels this hard.
