But now, in the quiet after the storm, you're left with a question no one prepared you for...
When the surgery is over, the doctors and nurses focus on wounds, medications, and recovery plans. But no one has yet asked how you feel about the body staring back at you in the mirror.
The truth is, the struggles run deep:
A profound sense of identity loss after mastectomy, especially when reconstruction fails or doesn't feel right.
Grief, shame, or anger about intimacy, sex, and even being seen naked
Feeling pressured to "look normal" with reconstruction, prosthetics, or clothes that never quite fit
A constant inner critic saying: "Am I selfish? Am I vain? Shouldn't I just be grateful I'm alive?"
The invisibility-you look fine on the outside, but inside you feel changed forever
Practical frustrations with bras, prosthetics, or clothes that make you want to hide instead of show up in your life
Feeling invisible or feeling as though you can never undress in front of someone ever again
Disconnected from who you are, confusion, grief, shame or or disbelief...
If you've wondered if you'll ever feel confident, desirable, whole again....
or wondered why no one seems to ever talk about this part.
You are not alone.
Brave Body Blueprint is the first program of its kind created for women to help rebuild confidence, understand the struggles, and create a whole sense of self after mastectomy

Your scars are no longer a source of avoidance, but a reminder of the battles you've fought and the courage you carry.
You feel confident enough to step out into the world without self consciousness or fearing of what others think.
You engage fully in relationships, hobbies, and adventures without constantly worrying about how your body looks.
You've separated your worth from appearance, and discovered a deeper, truer sense of beauty and womanhood.
Most of all you finally believe in your future again.
A future where you live life on your terms. Where you celebrate yourself not in spite of what you've been through,
but because of it.
This is what the Brave Body Blueprint can help you learn and claim.
There are plenty of programs that talk about physical recovery, but none that speak deeply to the emotional and psychological recovery, along with the rediscovery of identity.
The unspoken pain. The identity shift. The silent grief that lingers after mastectomy.
Brave Body Blueprint is the first program of its kind designed specifically for women
navigating life after mastectomy surgery. And here's why it's different.
Born from a personal journey - I walked alongside my mother as she faced breast cancer, including a double mastectomy.
Years later, I faced my own BRCA diagnosis and chose to have a preventative mastectomy. I know what it feels like to look in the mirror and see a body that feels unfamiliar. I know the grief, the fear, the anger and the courage it takes to rebuild
Created by someone who gets it - this isn't theory. It's lived experience combined with
decades of professional expertise.
With 20 years of experience in health, in roles such as Clinical Psychologist, Registered Nurse, and Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, I've supported countless people navigating body image, illness, and identity.
This program blends the science of healing with the compassion of someone who's been there.
A missing piece in the care of women after mastectomy surgery. Doctors and surgeons do their jobs brilliantly, but no one stops to ask, "How do you feel about your new body?" This program bridges that gap offering education, strategies, and real tools for healing that no one else has yet presented in the journey.
This isn't about "fixing" your body. It's about reclaiming your body, your womanhood, your worth, and your life.

Brave Body Blueprint is the first program of its kind designed specifically for women navigating life after mastectomy surgery.
And here’s why it’s different:
Born from a personal journey – I walked alongside my beautiful mum as she faced breast cancer, including a double mastectomy. Years later, I faced my own BRCA diagnosis and chose to have a mastectomy too. I know what it feels like to look in the mirror and see a body that feels unfamiliar. I know the grief, the fear, the anger—and the courage it takes to rebuild.
Created by someone who gets it – This isn’t theory. It’s lived experience combined with decades of professional expertise.
Grounded in expertise – With 20 years of experience as a Clinical Psychologist, Registered Nurse, and Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, I’ve supported countless people navigating body image, illness, and identity. This program blends the science of healing with the compassion of someone who’s been there.
A missing piece of care – Doctors and surgeons do their jobs brilliantly, but no one stops to ask, “How do you feel about your new body?” This program bridges that gap—offering education, strategies, and real tools for healing that no one else is talking about.
This isn’t about “fixing” your body. It’s about reclaiming your body, your womanhood, your worth, and your life. Below are questions I often hear and why Brave Body Blueprint is worth saying yes to.
It’s normal to feel hesitant about joining a program like this.
Absolutely - your treatment is a priority. That’s why I offer two options:
The On-Demand Course gives you lifetime access to 6 weeks of pre-recorded content, handouts, and exercises you can complete entirely at your own pace.
The Premium Course includes everything in the On-Demand program plus weekly live Q&As and a private Facebook community to help deepen your learning and growth with direct support from me.
And if you start with the On-Demand Course now, you can always upgrade later by simply paying the difference.
I understand—health journeys bring financial stress. That’s why there are flexible payment options: 2 payments for the On-Demand version, or 3 payments for the Premium. Plus, that upgrade path means you can begin where you’re comfortable and expand later.
You can be deeply grateful for life and grieve the changes to your body. Both are true, and both are valid. Ignoring body image struggles only keeps you hiding, avoiding, and missing out on the life you fought so hard to keep. This part of your healing matters too.
I hear you. Many women are mothers, partners, carers, and constantly pouring from an empty cup. But this is your invitation to prioritise yourself—because you are worthy of care. When you show up for you, everyone around you benefits too.
That’s exactly why I created Brave Body Blueprint. Because there is rarely the space to talk about body image, but that doesn’t mean it’s not real—or deserving of support. Here, you’ll find tools, compassion, and a community that finally gets it.
Finding Your Way Home
The first week we will take a moment to reflect on everything you've been through and why the struggles you have with your body are normal and understandable.
Emotional Healing
In the second week we learn about why emotions can be overwhelming, confusing and hard and how we can learn to befriend them and feel more peaceful.
Flourishing After Trauma
In week 3, you will understand why your brain and body might be holding onto things that are making hard to move on with life. We will also explore why what you've been through can be traumatic.
From Critic to Compassion
In week 4 we will explore those critical inner thoughts, where they come from and how to more from criticism to self kindness.
Being You Through Aligned Living
In week 5 we will help you to get clear on exactly how you want to live your life moving forward. We will take the hope and gratitude and turn it into a life you want to live.
Enhancing Intimacy & Relationships
In our final week, we will touch on why relationships and intimacy become challenging after mastectomy surgery, and what you can do to get comfortable once again.
Women who have undergone any type of mastectomy surgery and are struggling to adjust to their new bodies— whether through breast cancer or a genetic disorder diagnosis.
This program is not designed for women awaiting mastectomy surgery. My advice is to complete your surgery first, and if you're struggling, come back and sign up. What makes this course different from seeing my health team?
Doctors and surgeons focus on medical and surgical care, but very few address the psychological impact of body image and self-worth. Brave Body Blueprint uses evidence-based psychological tools, combined with my personal lived experience, to support this often-overlooked part of the journey.

Set aside around 2-3 hours weekly for course content, reading the workbooks, and completing exercises. If you're in the Premium Course, also allow time for the live Q&As and Facebook group.
No problem. With lifetime access to the On-Demand content, you can go at your own pace and revisit anytime. Just note that the Premium live calls and group support are time-limited.
Don't worry—all calls will be recorded and uploaded to the course portal for you to watch anytime.

I had shame about my changed body and a lack of self-confidence in public. Self-compassion was an extremely helpful tool in improving my confidence. The live calls with fellow mastectomy buddies were invaluable in realising I’m not alone in this. This course helped me realise my mastectomy had stopped me from doing things I love, like swimming and going to the beach. Since finishing the course, I’ve gotten back into my togs and I’m a regular again at my local pool. I’m not letting my surgery stop me from doing anything. Absolutely 100%. This program should be made available to all mastectomy survivors. You won’t regret taking this course
I was one week post my second mastectomy when I started. Breaking down how we see people’s views and opinions, and how we interpret them, was huge. Values week, and sexuality and sensuality week, were biggies for me. Even though some days I still feel vulnerable, I feel happy to stand in my flatness and my choice. Others who offer advice and opinions are coming from a good place, but I don’t need to keep them happy. I just live in my truth. I reckon if I didn’t do this course, I would be struggling right now. Some days are still confronting, but I have the tools to use and I know it’s okay for this journey to be up and down. 1000% yes. There needs to be a program like this for breast surgeons, breast care nurses, oncologists and radiologists. This is an extremely emotional journey. They need to understand how vulnerable we are and how scary the information we receive can be. Just do it. Natasha is the best. She is easy to relate to, kind, empathetic, and coming from lived experience makes this journey so much more rewarding. Knowing the person teaching you has navigated this pathway is a huge game changer
I was still adjusting to my new body. I would get anxious buying new clothes and bras, and I avoided getting changed if my husband was in the room. There were quite a few aha moments that helped me see things from a different perspective. The classes were informative and relevant, and the group sessions were supportive. Doing the course helped me understand that my mastectomy is a major change and a traumatic event, but it taught me how to deal with these feelings and gave me tools to work on accepting the changes. I feel more confident and comfortable with my body, less stressed about the need to cover up, and more comfortable getting changed with my husband. I can now understand and control the anxiety when looking at bras. You will learn skills and tools that will last a lifetime
